About A Dash of Nutrition

Your health begins with your goals and interests.

SO LET’S GET TO KNOW EACH OTHER

My Story

The original idea for “A Dash of Nutrition” was born way-back-when my husband and I were in college. We were sitting around, talking about the future, and came up with the name. We loved how it provided a personal touch by incorporating my name, Dash, and speaks to the service I provide.

To this day, after shifting from in-patient clinical nutrition to outpatient private nutrition counseling and through all phases of business, that founding principle is still true today. This business and my approach have always been and will always be grounded in personalization.

You and I will develop a strong relationship, keep you motivated, and make changes in your health. I specialize in helping people, just like you, who are overwhelmed by the large amounts of nutrition information and need practical, easy steps to achieve a nutritionally balanced lifestyle that is easy to follow.

My Method

When working with busy professionals to overcome nutrition information overload, we start by prioritizing what is important to you through easy to follow action steps.

My philosophy is balance and personalization—from the very beginning everything is tailored to what you need; including meal planning support, hormone testing, and high level accountability to support goal setting.

Together, we set individualized and practical nutrition goals. No foods are off limits—unless they will kill you or make you feel bad!
