The Process—

Lifestyle Change Phase

  1. Complete pre-assessment food log, questionnaire and obtain previous medical records so I have a comprehensive look into your health which guides our first action steps.

  2. Identify foundational nutrition habits that will support your nutrition goals through high accountability meal log and lifestyle reviews.

  3. You will learn more about the nutrition needs of your body and start to build these into your lifestyle.

  4. Together, we will continue to develop clear goals and action steps at each meeting so you know you are on track to meet your BIG goal.

Maintenance Phase

  1. You will now start to develop confidence and how to stay on track with your new healthy habits.

  2. Learn how your mental health and physical health are intertwined.

  3. Learn how to implement mindfulness into your meal routine so you can ease up on self-monitoring.

  4. Learn problem-solving strategies that will allow you to maintain all of these changes for a lifetime.
