1 ounce Won Bok Kimchi

2 Tablespoons shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Add beaten eggs to small pan coated with Pam on medium heat

  2. Add cheese then chopped kimchi

  3. Fold over 1/2 egg to make omelette when cheese is melted and egg is almost done cooking
