1 1/2 cups 1% low-fat cottage cheese, Small Curd Cottage Cheese 16oz tub

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

3/4 cup rolled oats

1/2 Tablespoon baking powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Blend all ingredients together

  2. Measure about 1/4 cup batter and cook on skillet on medium heat, cooking until golden brown on each side

  3. Add banana or blueberries for extra flavor and sweetness
