2 teaspoons chili powder

1 cup pico de gallo

2 avocados, sliced

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium high heat. Add crumbled tofu and season with salt, pepper, and chili powder. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes

  2. Top scrambled tofu with pico de gallo and avocado
