Strawberry Chia Pudding

INGREDIENTS

1 Tablespoon chia seeds

1/3 cup oat milk

1 splash vanilla extract

1 teaspoon maple syrup

1/2 cup strawberries, chopped

1 Tablespoon whey protein isolate

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Add 1/2 the strawberries to a bowl and mash with a fork

  2. Add chia seeds, milk, vanilla, maple syrup, and mashed strawberries to a jar or bowl and mix well to combine

  3. Cover and chill in the fridge for 1-2 hours until thickened

  4. Layer in a jar or tap with remaining strawberries to serve
